Afognak Wilderness Lodge Rates
RATES ARE $1,200/DAY/PERSON
(1/2 FOR TEENS & YOUNGER)
Includes first-class spacious log guest-cabin accommodations, quality meals, boat-travel with USCG licensed guides, all fishing gear/lures (spinning, fly & deep-sea), fish cleaning/freezing, rain-gear/boots (if needed), kayaking, hiking, beachcombing, wildlife photography and sauna.
On rare occasions when guests are weathered in at the lodge, beyond their scheduled departure date, half-rates are charged.
If cancellation is made at least 90 days prior to arrival date, a full refund is guaranteed; if cancellation is made within 90 days of arrival date, the deposit is forfeited. If cancellation made after Balance is paid, the Balance will be refunded.
Fishing Licenses
Available separately through the lodge. You will be asked to provide this information when your reservations are confirmed, and then your license will be presented to you upon your arrival.
Alcohol
We do not have a liquor license but feel free to bring your own. This should be picked up during the day prior to your early morning arrival here and can be kept at the floatplane service’s office overnight for your convenience.
Floatplanes
Floatplanes are a separate charge as some guests arrive/depart from various points (Kodiak, Homer, Anchorage, Alaska Peninsula) but these arrangements are made by us with the best available services. The only exception is when guests arrive directly from another lodge via that lodge’s private plane. Most guests come via Kodiak, which is our closest town and where the largest floatplane services are based.
