Here's how it works: Following breakfast, our local floatplane service will fly you on a scenic journey via float plane from the lodge to Katmai National Park, where you'll embark on a guided hike. The hike is about 3 to 4 miles on mostly level coastal plains terrain and some lakes and ponds. After the excursion, return to the lodge for a delicious dinner and a restful night in your cabin.
